"Getting your colors done" is having a BIG moment!
It's incredibly powerful to learn what makes your features shine and how to present yourself in the best light. It’s a little #lifehack that makes us feel more vibrant, and like our best selves, and we ALL want that… But, what if we could bring that confidence boosting magic into the spaces where you live, work and play?
During our initial consult, I instinctively notice the colors that suit you AND your home. Do we need a softer tone, higher contrast, more texture? By noticing - and sometimes by discussing your color season - I’m able to translate what you share into an ultra personalized design plan. The ultimate goal is an “all things considered” type of harmony. The colors work with the light, that work with how you use each room, that make you feel energizes or relaxed, etc. etc. etc.
So... what would #coloranalysis | Home Edition look like for you? Whether you've had your colors read or not, our Designer For the Day service puts the magic of personalized design within reach.
Once you've booked your session, we start by determining color palette and theme. We walk thru a few direction setting questions and begin noticing what you gravitate toward. Instead of color drapes, we look at fabric swatches, flooring samples and paint chips. Tools of the trade! :) By allowing you to touch/feel/see these materials in real life, we get a more natural read on what you love and the associations that come to mind. As with so many things in life, this is a job for the heart. And, it’s a fun way to set the design direction and decide if it’s really saying what you want.

From here, we begin layering elements that add personality:
- Imagery that makes you feel happy.
- Reminders of your best vacations.
- Pictures of the people you love.
- Practical, beautiful objects that support your everyday life.
